Description du poste
Nous recherchons un consultant SAP CONCUR pour un prestation de longue durée à Vélizy. Vous participerez à une implémentation de SAP Concur from scratch.
L'objectif de cette prestation est d'implémenter SAP Concur; notamment les modules Expense et Oversight afin d'automatiser et fiabiliser le traitement des notes de frais.
Vous participerez aux ateliers, au recueil du besoin utilisateur puis paramétrage actuel de Concur Expenses et à la mise en place des workflow de validation et des règles de gestion; notamment sur:
-les types de dépenses
-politique de frais (plafonds, règles, controles)
-workflows de validation multi-niveaux
-Gestion des justificatifs (OCR, digitalisation des reçus)
-Paramétrage des indemnités kilométriques et per diem
-Configuration des intégrations comptables (ERP, export des écritures)
