CRM Project Manager - Freelance

A new transformation has started in the CRM area, with the objective of modernizing legacy CRM applications. The goal is to reduce obsolescence while offering a better experience and improved security for customers.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of Telco BSS, proven experience in IT delivery, and a track record of managing several external vendors on large-scale projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders (IT, suppliers, business) according to the program governance in place.

• Identify program risks and take appropriate actions to reduce or mitigate them.

• Monitor the quality of operations, support change management activities, and drive improvement plans.

• Follow the technical implementation through to MTP, including the testing phase, and take all necessary actions to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Coordinate the above activities and communicate their status through the appropriate platforms and processes.

• Monitor the program budget to ensure it remains within the approved limits.
