Cybersecurity Trainer - Freelance

Mission Context

Our client, a major player in the banking sector, is organizing a dedicated Cyber Risk Awareness Week and is looking for a Cybersecurity Trainer to deliver interactive training sessions to both IT and non-IT employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive and engaging cybersecurity awareness training sessions.

• Promote daily cyber hygiene best practices, including password management, software updates, and secure data handling.

• Explain the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by cyber attackers through realistic scenarios and practical demonstrations.

• Demonstrate how every employee is a potential target and plays an important role in the organization's overall security posture.

• Train participants on the appropriate actions to take in the event of a cyber incident, in line with internal procedures.

• Promote a proactive security mindset, including Security by Design principles and sound data management practices.

• Raise awareness of emerging threats and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and Quantum Computing.

• Encourage audience participation through live demonstrations, workshops, role-playing activities, or other interactive learning methods.
