Lead Scrum Workplace - Permanent

Contexte de la mission

AXA Group Operations initiated a Digital Workplace program named One Workplace Program in 2019.

This program aims to develop global modern products to be rolled out within the entire group in the coming years.

As part of the program, the Devices Product line defines an innovative vision and strategy for the usage, coordination, and implementation in all of AXA entities of Modern Workplace devices, (Windows, Mac, Mobile) including Virtual Desktop, while insuring legacy transition.

The service will:

The One Workplace Product & Design team, and embedded in the Devices Product Line team:

- Agile reference making the team focus on their tasks

- Supporting teammates in getting autonomous on the Agile methodology so that I can focus on the internal Operating Model

- Helping the team to focus on the prioritization provided by the Product Owner creating the highest value for the product

- Helping the agile team (PO + team) to focus on becoming predictable to commit to the release planning shared with the stakeholders

- Organizing the agile meetings making them efficient

- animating dynamic, immersive & interactive retrospectives keeping the team spirit to “agile is a mindset” rather than a method

- supporting the Product Owner in his/her activities ensuring the backlog is up-to-date and the stakeholders support the approach

- developing leadership and building an efficient team spirit helping Agile deployment outside the team

- Interface with other scrum masters in Product Line creating a concrete and systemic transformation

- preparing and animating the Agile Fairs organized within the Product Line sharing the progress, the successes, and the fails in a continuous learning expertise

- tracking team’s progress on Customer & team satisfaction as well as team velocity delivery commitment, helping team’s operating model improvement
