Stream Lead – Operational Readiness VERDI Phase 4 – Portfolio Migration Programme Major Belgian life insurer | Brussels | Hybrid | Freelance / Interim

Lead the end-to-end operational readiness of the organisation for the migration of Classic Life and remaining Unit-Linked portfolios. Convert migration, product, system, legal, risk and finance changes into executable processes, trained teams, controlled cutover activities, business-continuity arrangements and a stable transition to BAU.

Key deliverables include impact/gap assessments, updated procedures & controls, operational requirements & acceptance criteria, training & knowledge transfer, change management and organisational set-up plans, operational transition runbook, business continuity & fallback plans, readiness dashboard and post-go-live hypercare model.

You will own planning & governance, process & control design, testing support, people/organisation/training, cutover & hypercare, risk/compliance alignment, and weekly reporting to ensure safe Day-1 operations and controlled handover to BAU.
