Full Remote - Design System/Ops · Figma Migration & Enablement - Freelance

A major group is scaling its design infrastructure — and they need someone to make it happen smoothly.

As the central point of contact between the Figma migration team and the group's various companies and Maisons, you'll play a key role in one of the most impactful transitions in their design organisation. This is not a design execution role — it's a strategic enablement mission for someone who understands how design teams work at scale.

What you'll own:

• Coordinate the migration of projects and files across teams and Maisons, ensuring alignment between technical and design stakeholders

• Manage workspace organisation — admins, licenses, seat allocation — and build a sustainable governance model going forward

• Create onboarding and training documentation tailored to the group's specific workflows and use cases

• Guide teams through the adoption of the new Design System structure — helping them understand where it lives and how to plug their Figma projects into shared libraries

• Draft clear security documentation so every entity can comply with group policies (AI usage, connected projects, link sharing)
