Data Architect Lead - Permanent

1/Service context:

In the context of AXA’s Agentic AI Transformation, the Semantic layer is identified as a layer that sits between data sources and the end users or systems that consume them. Its role is to abstract data structures (tables, columns names, joins) into a business-friendly vocabulary (concepts, definitions, relationships, rules) that human and machines can interpret. Identified as a important component that enables LLMs-based agents to interpret data in a trustworthy manner, hence it will support the scalability of Agentic AI across multiple use-cases.

2/Service deliverables (but not limited to) :

• Entity exploration for the definition of a first approach to implementing the semantic layer in entities,based on selected Agentic use-cases:

• Low-level design of reusable semantic assets : business vocabulary, ontologies, business process, data product mapping, governance with implementation of standards defined at Group level

• Demonstration of the value, validation of the feasibility, and learning through hands-on experimentation to enrich Group standards

3/Expertise:

• Expertise in data architecture (incl. data modelling, ontologies and expertise graphs, data

product, data mesh) • Expertise in production of reference architecture documents • Expertise in thelow-level design of data products, ontologies, etc. • Expertise in data management • Expertise in the landscape of existing data solutions and technologies of the market incl. Databricks, MS Fabric, Collibra, etc.

• Expertise in large-scale, federated and complex companies and service with across entities

• Expertise in AI, LLMs, Agentic AI architectures
