Développeur Odoo

Context

Vizzia is replacing three separate tools, HubSpot for Ops and CS, Airtable for Supply, and Pennylane for Finance, with a single ERP: Odoo, on its paid Odoo.sh edition. It's the largest BizOps & BI project for 2026-2027, and it will bring Stock, Ops and Finance together under one system.

This role carries two responsibilities: bring real Odoo expertise to the implementation itself, and build the BizOps team's autonomy fast enough that Vizzia isn't dependent on an external provider for every future change. You'll join as an individual contributor, reporting to Timothée, Team Lead of BizOps & BI, with a strong coaching and review role toward the BizOps team.

What You'll Do

1. Odoo Implementation

• Translate Ops, Supply and Finance business processes into working Odoo solutions.

• Build the developments requested by the BizOps team, who owns product/project management on technically complex topics.

• Contribute to deploying the first modules targeted for October 2026.

2. Coaching & Review

• Coach and review BizOps team members from the Delivery and G&A squads so they can handle simple Odoo developments on their own.

• Set up a coaching and review process that uses AI tools like Claude to support code production and review.

• Delegate simple tickets progressively and review the resulting code.

3. Platform Maintenance

• Maintain the Odoo platform on your own in the initial phase (a second Odoo developer may be hired later depending on workload).

• Handle the ongoing maintenance and stability of the platform once BizOps developments reach a steady state.

• Take on new modules and evolutions as the platform matures.

Who You Are

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience (modules, ORM, git, workflows), ideally in an in-house role or at an integrator.

• Odoo.sh experience specifically.

• Experience in a scale-up or SaaS + hardware environment.

• Comfortable understanding non-technical business processes and translating them into functional solutions.

• Real appetite for coaching and teaching non-developers, and the patience that goes with it.

• Autonomous and rigorous, able to explain technical topics in plain terms.

Compensation & Benefits

💶 Salary ranging between 50K€ and 70K€
