Digital Project Manager For Imo&Eu Compliance H/F

YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation and coordination of various tools and projects supporting the Shipping division's decarbonization trajectory. You will work closely with business, technical and functional teams to ensure their successful delivery and alignment with the Group's CO2 monitoring objectives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

• CO2 tools Group alignment: Ensure consistency between all CO2 monitoring CMA CGM applications regarding features coverage and data alignment.
• CO2 monitoring process alignment: Ensure ownership & monitoring process consistency between all CO2 CMA CGM tools.
• Study & risk analysis: Provide studies with risk analysis and related action plans
• Team Coordination: Ensure transversal coordination with business experts, technical, and functional teams
• Reporting and Compliance: Provide regular reports on project status to stakeholders and management, and ensure compliance with CMA CGM methods
• Project Management and Supervision: You shall manage and supervise various types of projects
• Objective Definition: Define project objectives, deadlines, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders
• Project Monitoring and Management: Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budget, identify and manage potential risks, and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Presentation support: create support for various types of presentations (status report, COMEX, demo etc...)

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Engineer or University degree in project management, or a related field.
• Project management certifications (e.g., AGILE, SAFe) are an advantage.
• A minimum of 7 years of previous experience in a similar position.
• Data process knowledge
• Previous experience in the shipping industry or in complex organization
• Decarbonation knowledge

• Solid experience in project management (incl. Product Owner skills)
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• English and French fluent
• Knowledge of BI technologies and tools (e.g., Qlicksens, Power BI, SQL).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
