We are seeking an experienced Digital Quality Process Expert to support and improve our quality-related processes across the digital and technology landscape. This role acts as a facilitator and enabler, partnering closely with Quality, IT, Compliance, and Delivery teams to ensure that GxP-related processes, SLCD steps, SOPs, validation practices, and documentation workflows are understood, implemented correctly, and continuously improved.

The Digital Quality Process Expert helps teams adopt compliant and efficient ways of working, using tools such as Veeva, Jira, and Confluence. They will not “own” compliance or systems; instead, they ensure that processes remain up-to-date, practical, and aligned with regulatory expectations while identifying opportunities to streamline, automate, or simplify steps to reduce burden and improve consistency across teams.

Stakeholder collaboration is essential, as this role operates at the intersection of Quality, Digital, Product, and Delivery teams.

Act as a key facilitator to help teams apply GxP, SLCD, and quality processes in day-to-day digital delivery.

Ensure that existing documentation (SOPs, WIs, templates) is followed and help teams understand and interpret requirements.

Support updates to quality processes by bringing insights from the field, raising gaps, and suggesting improvements.

Guide teams through validation requirements (e.g., CSV/CSA steps, traceability, risk assessments) without owning the process itself.

Help delivery teams adopt Jira and Confluence for compliant project documentation, traceability, releases, and change-control workflows.

Partner with platform owners to ensure tools reflect required quality steps and support audit-ready documentation.

If required, support teams in using Veeva for controlled documentation, approvals, and lifecycle management.

Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or streamline quality-related processes without compromising compliance.

Facilitate adoption of digital ways of working to replace manual, document-heavy workflows.

Support the transformation toward more transparent, real-time, digitally traceable quality processes.

Work closely with Quality, IT Digital, Engineering, Product, and Compliance teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.

Help stakeholders interpret requirements and apply them in a practical, value-added way.

Present recommendations, run workshops, and support cross-team alignment on process improvements.

Deliver trainings, onboarding sessions, and guidance materials to help teams understand quality expectations.

Promote awareness of best practices for documentation, validation, audit readiness, and regulatory alignment.

Support teams during audits by helping them prepare documentation and evidence when required (not owning the process).

You are a structured, experienced digital quality practitioner with strong facilitation skills. You excel at collaborating across teams, simplifying complex requirements, and helping organizations follow compliant yet efficient processes. You bring maturity, clarity, and an improvement mindset, guiding teams without enforcing or policing them.

8+ years of experience in digital quality, IT quality, regulated environments, or process improvement roles.

Strong understanding of GxP, SLCD, validation principles (CSV/CSA), documentation expectations, and audit readiness.

Experience working with Veeva, Jira, and Confluence for documentation, project tracking, and traceability.

Familiarity with Agile and traditional methodologies, and how to align them with regulatory expectations.

Ability to support documentation lifecycle activities (SOPs, WIs, templates) without owning them.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated digital environments.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong facilitation abilities, helping teams interpret and apply quality processes effectively.

High attention to detail with a structured, analytical approach.

Ability to identify simplification/automation opportunities and drive incremental improvements.
