• 📝 Define and document data quality rules & standards

• 📊 Monitor and report on data quality metrics

• 🤝 Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders

• 📚 Maintain and enrich data dictionaries

• 🔀 Map data from current systems to future architecture

• 🚚 Prepare and support data migration activities

• 📖 Create user guides & training materials

• 🎤 Deliver training sessions to end users

👤 Ideal Profile

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or related field

• 📊 1–2 years experience in data management or data support roles

• 🧠 Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail

• 💬 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

• 🛠️ Autonomous with strong problem-solving abilities

• 🤝 Experience working in cross-functional teams

• 🏥 Exposure to medical, supply chain, or logistics domains

• 🏅 Certifications in data analysis or project coordination
