Service description – IT Project Manager

Context and objective of the mission

The service is part of a major insurance group and is responsible for leading and coordinating the successful delivery of IT projects. The objective is to ensure project delivery from initiation to completion while meeting scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder expectations in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to mitigate potential roadblocks
• Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders

Expected deliverables

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery

Required profile

Experience and expertise:
• Strong expertise in IT projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Expertise in project management, planning, organization, and prioritization tasks
• Expertise in project management methodologies and tools
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or Engineering
• Certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks

Language:
• English environment is mandatory
