Senior Business Analyst TCF - Freelance

Your role:

As a Senior Business Analyst (HR) Consultant, you will join a consulting engagement within a leading Bank in Brussels, supporting the HR transformation and digitalization agenda. You will act as a key interface between business and IT, ensuring that HR processes and tools are efficiently analyzed, optimized, and delivered in line with business needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Gather, challenge, and consolidate HR business requirements across multiple stakeholders

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and Agile teams

• Define and document acceptance criteria for features and user stories

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality delivery

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience

• Maintain clear, structured, and reusable process and solution documentation

• Support reporting and data-driven decision-making within the HR domain

Your Profile:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in consulting or complex environments

• Strong experience in HR processes and HR IT systems (SAP HR is a strong plus)

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex organizations

• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
