About the Role:
A well-known London-based consumer tech company is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to bring operational excellence and a product mindset to their modern, mature data platform. This role focuses on elevating an existing system rather than building from scratch.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Databricks
• Airflow/Astronomer
• Python
• Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipelines
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• dbt
• Kafka
• Terraform
• Data governance tools (Monte Carlo, Atlan, etc.)

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6-month initial term (potential for extension or conversion to permanent)
• IR35 Status: Outside IR35
• Location: UK-based (remote with occasional office visits to London)
• Start Date: Immediately or soon
