We are looking for

We are looking for an Expert Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing & Efficiency Tribe in Brussels. You will contribute to fraud prevention and detection solutions, while leading business analysis, Agile ideation/refinement and end-to-end Feature/Opus ownership.

Your mission

• Lead business analysis for Features and Opuses.

• Act as Feature Owner / Opus Owner and facilitate Agile ideation & refinement.

• Gather, challenge and document business requirements.

• Coordinate business stakeholders, Product Owners and technical contributors.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

• Contribute to functional analysis and end-to-end testing.

• Manage risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communication.

• Support change management and go-live activities.
