Founding Fullstack Engineer H/F

What they need

Oakhill Ventures is recruiting a Founding Full-Stack Engineer for one of its clients, a fast-growing Paris-based aviation tech startup building the AI-powered software infrastructure for on-demand aviation.

The platform helps aircraft operators manage booking, scheduling, pricing and flight operations through a single software layer.

The company has fewer than 10 people, is fully bootstrapped to date, and has already reached ~€1M ARR after growing 10x in 14 months, with 60+ B2B customers and ~70% of the business in the US.

The team is now raising €7M to accelerate its US expansion and is looking for an engineer who wants significant ownership across both product and technology.

The role involves working closely with the founders and engineering team across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and product decisions through development, deployment and iteration.

Current stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• build new product features end-to-end

• contribute to architecture and technical decisions

• work across frontend, backend and infrastructure

• build AI-powered product features around aviation workflows

• interact directly with users and customers if interested in the product/client-facing side

• have a meaningful impact on the product and engineering culture as the team grows
