Scope of the mission

• Benchmark compensation structure (market comparison)

• Review and redesign grading framework

• Ensure transparency is preserved while adding flexibility

• Align leveling and compensation logic

• Identify risks and future scaling blockers

• Recommend improvements (short & mid-term roadmap)

Profile we’re looking for

• Strong experience in Comp & Ben (scale-up / tech / startup environment)

• Hands-on in benchmarking & grading redesign

• Able to deliver independently
