🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

✅ Define and drive the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals

✅ Lead and inspire IT teams (internal & external) 👥

✅ Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity 🔐, and transformation initiatives

✅ Ensure performance, reliability, and security of IT systems ⚙️

✅ Manage budgets 💶, vendors, and key partnerships

✅ Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and leadership 🤝

✅ Drive innovation and continuous improvement across IT services 💡

🛠️ What is Expected From You

✔️ Proven experience as an IT Director / Head of IT (or similar leadership role)

✔️ Strong expertise in IT strategy, governance & operations

✔️ Solid background in complex IT environments and transformation programs 🔄

✔️ Good knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture ☁️

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 🗣️

✔️ International experience is a plus 🌍
