Full Stack Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. As a Fullstack Architect, you will be responsible for defining technical solutions, mentoring development teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that align with business goals. The ideal candidate is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, has a solid understanding of architectural best practices, and excels in delivering high-performance applications.

Skills:

Architectural Design:
• Design end-to-end application architectures that align with business requirements, scalability, and performance goals.
• Ensure the use of best practices for system design, including modularity, security, and reusability.

Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and other technical team members.
• Review code, troubleshoot complex issues, and enforce coding standards.

Development Oversight:
• Lead the development and deployment of frontend and backend components.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and scalability.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable application delivery.

Technology Stack Management:
• Evaluate and select the appropriate frameworks, libraries, and tools for projects.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills:

Technical Expertise:
• Proficient in frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of API development (RESTful and GraphQL) and integration.

Architectural Skills:
• Experience designing microservices and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Tools and Methodologies:
• Expertise in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams.
