Job Description

As part of our expanding activities, we are seeking a Full-Stack Developer (Java/Scala & Angular) to join our technical teams and support high-impact software projects for clients in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and product teams to analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Scala.
• Integrate REST APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, and third-party systems.
• Implement modern architectures and best practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security).
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote best practices.
• Author technical documentation (specifications, architecture guides, deployment manuals).
• Provide production support and contribute to continuous improvement of solutions.

Your Profile

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years (Mid) to 7+ years (Senior) of Java development experience in diverse projects.

Technical Skills:

• Backend:
• Java 8+, Spring (Boot, MVC) – Scala is a strong plus.
• JVM ecosystem, REST API design, OAuth2/JWT security.
• Microservices, hexagonal architecture.
• Frontend:
• Angular (strong proficiency).
• DevOps & Testing:
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Automated testing (unit/integration), SonarQube.
• Databases:
• Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) & NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• Cloud/Containerization (Bonus):
• Docker, Kubernetes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong customer focus, team collaboration, and clear communication (technical & business).
• Fluency in French & English (required).
