Full Stack Developer - Sales Ops Team

As part of our AI transformation journey, we are building a new generation of internal business applications and AI-powered solutions that will dramatically improve productivity across different divisions such as Sales, HR, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewals, Finance, Operations, etc..

To support this strategy, we are looking for a highly talented Full Stack Developer who enjoys building innovative applications, integrating AI technologies and turning business ideas into production-ready solutions.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work directly with the VP of Operations &  Productivity and business stakeholders across the company to design, build and deploy internal applications that automate business processes and accelerate business execution.

Unlike traditional software engineers who primarily build customer-facing products, you will develop strategic internal platforms, AI assistants, business applications and automation solutions that transform how EfficientIP operates.

You will combine software engineering, AI integration and rapid prototyping to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for builders –  People who love taking an idea on Monday and putting a working application in users’ hands by Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Build intuitive, responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks.

• Integrate Large Language Models into business workflows and applications.

• Design and develop AI assistants, AI agents and intelligent workflow automations.

• Build secure integrations with internal systems and third-party SaaS platforms, including CRM, ERP, Google Workspace and other business applications.

• Develop workflow automations using APIs, webhooks and orchestration platforms such as n8n.

• Design and optimize data pipelines, SQL databases and business reporting solutions.

• Build dashboards and internal tools that improve visibility and operational efficiency.

• Rapidly prototype innovative ideas and evolve successful prototypes into production-ready solutions.

• Deploy and operate applications in production using modern cloud infrastructure.

• Monitor application usage and continuously improve solutions based on user feedback and business impact.

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to real business challenges.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance, IT and other business teams to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.

• Ensure high standards of code quality through testing, documentation, version control and GitLab CI/CD.

• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, security and maintainability.

• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, software engineering best practices and automation platforms.
