Ingénieur planification / planning engineer - Freelance

Nous recherchons un consultant spécialisé dans l’accompagnement et le déploiement d’outils de planning.

La durée de la mission serait de 6 mois (possible sur un 100% ou 80%)

Descriptif de la mission :

• Tangible inputs = Define a fine and realistic project schedule with deliverables and associated workload per department to track impact of project changes (scope removed and/or priority change at customer)

• Prioritization = Give a quantitative forecast of workload per opportunity and department to enhance prioritization

• Escalation = define escalation mode for short term requests (VO asked by customer with extra resources needed, decision to put the project on hold…)

• Roles = clarify in formal support the roles and responsibilities of every stakeholder in the tool (contributors, project manager, Sales&Operations Planning coordinator, resource manager)

• Coordination = Implement routines at different levels.
