Description du poste
You’ll be integrated to IT Corporate Infrastructures team. Tasks under your responsibilities are:
• Operate Wi-Fi infrastructure
o Operate wireless solution based on IT Policies
o Monitore and adjust infrastructure performance
• Incident Management
o Acknowledge and categorize reported incidents
o Track incidents and escalate them as needed
• Provide support to local teams
• Advice users and managers on new deployed products and assure users’ satisfaction
• Train IT and key users on these products
• Write and update IT documentation
Report to Infrastructure Managers
Tecnical environment

• Extreme Cloud IQ
• Ekahau• 3-5 years’ experience
• English (meetings, reports and corporate communication are only in English)
• Provide technical expertise on wireless network aspect during IT implementation projects
