Interim HR Business Partner (Freelance / Transition) – Valencia (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing international B2B SaaS company on an interim basis.

Based in Valencia, you will support the Spanish organization, partnering closely with managers across Valencia and Barcelona. You will be responsible for an employee population of approximately 200 people in Spain, working alongside both the local and international People teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers across the Spanish organization.

• Support employee relations, performance management, talent development and organizational effectiveness.

• Coach managers on leadership, people management and organizational topics.

• Drive performance review and talent management processes.

• Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives.

• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Compensation & Benefits teams.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help foster a high-performance culture.

• Ensure consistent application of HR policies while balancing business priorities.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.

• Previous experience in an international Tech, SaaS or scale-up environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Languages

• Fluent Spanish.

• Professional English is mandatory.

• French is a plus.

Assignment

• Freelance / Interim Management assignment.

• Start: Mid-July 2026.

• Duration: Until the end of December 2026.

• Based primarily in Valencia.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
