Poste orienté support technique avancé + coordination, avec forte dimension investigation.

🎯 Missions

• Analyse et résolution d’incidents (Jira)

• Investigation de logs et performance web (Datadog, LCP, TTFB)

• Support technique L2/L3 et debugging

• Scripting / corrections techniques (Java, Groovy)

• Coordination entre équipes techniques et métiers

• Suivi des déploiements, hotfix, tests

🛠️ Environnement

Java, Groovy, CMS Java enterprise, GitLab, Jira, Datadog, web performance

👤 Profil recherché

• Ex-dev / ingénieur / support technique L2-L3

• Très bon niveau technique web (HTTP, perf, logs)

• Java + notions de scripting

• Capacité d’analyse et d’investigation

• Autonome, orienté solution (pas simple escalade)
