Project Summary 

Support the definition and implementation of the target IT architecture enabling the deployment and segregation of physical security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection) across industrial and corporate sites. 

The project is part of a global security transformation program focused on replacing obsolete systems, harmonizing multiple security platforms, and aligning physical security, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity into a unified operating model. 

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities 

• Define the core IT architecture model for security systems (network, servers, hosting, segmentation) 

• Conduct IT/network readiness assessments and technical audits across sites 

• Design secure integration of CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion Detection systems within enterprise infrastructure 

• Define standards for: 

  • Network segmentation 

  • Hosting models 

  • Connectivity 

  • Cybersecurity compliance 

• Work closely with Network, Infrastructure, Cyber, and local IT teams 

• Identify dependencies related to TSA/legacy environments and propose mitigation roadmaps 

• Produce reference architectures, guidelines, and technical standards 

• Support the global deployment strategy 

 

Experience Required 

Mandatory 

• 7–10+ years in Infrastructure / Network Architecture or Systems Engineering 

• Strong experience in enterprise networking environments 

• Experience integrating IP-based security systems (CCTV, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems) into corporate networks 

• Experience with servers and virtualization environments 

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals 

• Experience conducting IT/network readiness assessments and technical audits 

• Experience producing architecture documentation and technical standards 

Nice to Have 

• Experience in industrial or multi-site environments 

• Exposure to Industrial / OT environments 

• Physical security systems understanding 

• Previous experience in SOC design and operation 

• HSE / site safety knowledge
