We are looking for an experienced Mainframe System Analyst to join a dynamic team within the insurance sector, focusing on Property & Casualty (P&C) retail activities.

Role

As a Mainframe System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and evolving core systems in a mainframe environment. You will act as a key link between business and IT teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

• Maintain and enhance existing mainframe applications

• Perform impact analysis and support change management activities

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to deliver solutions

• Participate in testing phases (integration testing, UAT) and ensure quality delivery

• Handle incidents and propose sustainable solutions

• Maintain up-to-date documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
