Market Product Manager - Benelux

Our product team is composed of 14 people across our Paris and Nantes office: 7 Product managers, 6 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.

You’ll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people across Paris, Nantes, and other remote locations).

🚀 Your mission

We’re looking for a Market Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of Dashdoc’s platform with a focus on the Benelux region.

• Core Mission: Represent local market needs for Benelux to drive functional parity against established local competitors and to ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Time Allocation:

  • 60% Product: Analyze local regulations, define functional gaps, and conduct market benchmarking. Then work with the relevant domain PM, designer and devs to define and implement solutions.

  • 40% Pre-sales / Customer Success:

    • Go with the sales team to prospect meetings and gather feedback to unlock future deals

    • Be close to the local customer success (onboarding and run teams) to understand local pains for deployed customers

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and formalize country-specific functional requirements.

  • Identify country-specific legal requirements and upcoming deadlines.

  • Shape pitches to improve the product based on those requirements.

  • Advocate for the local roadmap with domain product managers to secure development capacity (see operating model below).

  • Work with designers and developers to build what was shaped.

  • Participate in pre-sales discussions to gain direct market insights.

  • Train the sales/marketing teams on market specificities, regulations and competitors landscape.

  • Make sure Sales have the means to run a market-adapted demos and conversation.

  • Identify high-potential partnerships (softwares, federations, consulting firms, etc.)

  • Brief the marketing team on key features/market roadmap, local messaging, use cases and references.
