Context

• The Group IT department is organized around Shared Line of Services (SLS) to deliver global services to all group entities.

• SLS infrastructure delivers Cloud Service Provider based services and centrally managed Network services (Backbone, Site to site VPN, internet access filtering, VPN access for end users, IPAM, SDWAN solution…).

• Within the SLS Infrastructure, the Network & Security SSE Expert will be a member of the Engineering team, responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining new service offers based on high-end market solutions. Becoming product owner of these services, they will conduct RFPs to select the most appropriate technical solution to meet the company’s needs for network infrastructure services, ensuring smooth integration into the IT information system.

Missions

• Design, deploy, and maintain new network infrastructure services based on high-end market solutions.

• Act as product owner for assigned services, conducting RFPs and selecting technical solutions.

• Ensure service integration into the IT information system and inclusion in the service catalog.

• Achieve scalable designs compliant with corporate standards and cybersecurity rules.

• Transition services to operations within the Side Partner operations team.

• Keep technologies updated according to vendor lifecycle and address vulnerabilities promptly.

• Monitor service health and enable chargeback of service consumption to customers.

• Manage service and support requests through the ITSM solution.

• Handle support escalations with vendor assistance.

Working Conditions

• Partial remote work: On-site in Courbevoie 3 days per week

• Daily rate: 730€

• Long-term engagement.
