Responsibilities

• Drive the transfer of products from development to production
• Define, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
• Support production ramp-up activities and manufacturing readiness
• Collaborate closely with Procurement on component sourcing and supply chain challenges
• Work with external manufacturing partners and suppliers
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Support the implementation of future internal production capabilities
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions
• Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and production requirements

Necessary skills

• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), industrialization, or manufacturing engineering
• Strong background in electronics production environments
• Understanding of production ramp-up and manufacturing scalability challenges
• Experience working with suppliers, EMS providers, or industrial partners
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment
• Pragmatic and hands-on approach to problem solving
• Fluent English required
• German is a plus but not mandatory
• EU nationality or eligibility to work in Europe highly preferred due to defense environment

Salary 90-100k euros gross annual fixed
