Responsibilities:

Activities that fall within the responsibilities of the Program Management Officer, or where support is expected:

• Active coordination and monitoring of several programs, projects and initiatives, including status reporting to senior management.

• Setting up a system for status reporting and monitoring of individual projects and initiatives regarding planning, progress, budget, resources, etc., and following up on projects afterwards. This implies acquiring a high-level basic understanding of the context.

• Translating project statuses and reporting into overall program status monitoring and reporting.

• Setting up and monitoring risk management at program and stream level, identifying risks and reporting on them.

• Recurring reporting to Program Manager(s).

• Ensuring alignment between streams towards common goals and in line with overall planning, as well as coordinating interface management.

• Setting up a system for task management and follow-up on sub-tasks.

• Setting up and managing work and document management environments, such as SharePoint and Teams.

• Quality control and general stream leader support, ensuring the quality of deliverables, proper validation, communication and archiving.

• Planning, preparing and consolidating Steering Committee meetings, stream-specific meetings and other ad-hoc meetings.

• Following up on stakeholder management and internal communication.
