- 🙎🏻♀️ Sole product authority across security, performance, platform reliability, and cost efficiency, building and running the product function for the domain
- 📊 Defining and improving product operating rhythms: OKRs, KPIs, discovery practices, and post-delivery reviews
- 🌟 Translating infrastructure outcomes — reliability, security, cost efficiency — into business value language for executive and client-facing audiences
- 💡 Coaching engineering teams toward outcome-driven thinking
- 🤝 Representing the domain in cross-functional governance: roadmap prioritization, dependency arbitration, strategic alignment
