Product Manager Junior (Apprentice)

🚀 Your mission

We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager (apprentice) to join our product team and support our Lead PM TMS (Hélène) on a daily basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll touch all aspects of the product process — from customer feedback to shipping features, from organising beta tests to keeping our knowledge base alive.

You won’t just observe: you’ll own real responsibilities that have a direct impact on how we build and ship our product.

Concretely, you will:

1. Support the Lead PM in day-to-day tasks — preparing materials, following up on action items, and helping keep the team organised and focused on what matters.

2. Process field feedback — collect, read, and categorise feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and users into Harvestr, mapping it to the product roadmap so nothing gets lost.

3. Drive feature rollouts — coordinate the go-live of new features, making sure the right people are informed at the right time across Sales, CS, and Tech.

4. Organise beta tests with end users — identify the right users, set up test sessions, collect structured feedback, and synthesise learnings to help the team iterate before a full release.

5. Run QA on pitches and product communications — review decks and feature pitches before they go out, checking for clarity, accuracy, and consistency with the product vision.

6. Keep the knowledge base alive — make sure our internal FAQ, training materials, public helpdesk articles, and onboarding resources are always up to date as the product evolves.

We work with the Shape Up framework — you’ll learn to think in cycles, write clear pitches, and understand how betting on the right problems leads to better outcomes.
