What you'll do

As a Technology & AI Senior Consultant, you will work directly with private equity funds, portfolio companies and executive leadership teams on their most critical AI, technology and digital transformation challenges.

You will contribute to both Technology & AI Due Diligence and Transformation engagements, taking ownership of dedicated workstreams from structuring the analysis through to presenting findings and recommendations to clients. You will partner with C-level stakeholders to help them make strategic technology decisions, assess investment opportunities and design transformation roadmaps that drive growth, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.

You are not expected to be an expert across every one of these domains. We are looking for consultants with broad enough knowledge across AI, Data and Technology to understand technical topics, challenge experts when appropriate, connect technical findings with business implications and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.

Focus areas

You will:

Technology & AI Due Diligence

• Lead one or more due diligence workstreams (technology stack & architecture, data foundations, AI maturity, product and engineering organization) from data gathering through to final client read-out.
• Own the analysis of a dedicated domain by assessing technical debt, scalability, cybersecurity and operational risks, while identifying their business implications.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external Tech & AI experts to deepen your investigations, challenge your findings and continuously strengthen your technical expertise.
• Structure AI maturity and GenAI adoption assessments and identify associated value creation opportunities.
• Run market and competitive analyses across AI, Data and Technology within your project scope.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear business implications and investment recommendations, both in executive deliverables and client discussions.
• Contribute to post-acquisition value creation plans within your area of expertise.
• Coach and support junior consultants and interns.

Technology & AI Transformation

• Lead Technology & AI transformation workstreams under the supervision of a manager or Partner.
• Structure the identification, prioritization and scoping of AI and GenAI use cases.
• Assess and recommend technology platforms, tools and vendors.
• Design components of AI operating models and governance frameworks.
• Support Enterprise AI adoption and change management initiatives.
• Contribute to PMO activities and transformation management throughout implementation.
• Work hand-in-hand with our internal Tech & AI delivery teams throughout implementation to secure the success of transformation programs.

Contributing to the firm

Beyond client work, you will play an active role in the development of the firm.

This includes supporting business development and proposal creation, participating in recruitment and talent development initiatives, coaching junior consultants and interns, and contributing to internal AI initiatives, experimentation and thought leadership.
