Project Summary

This initiative aims to establish a scalable End-to-End (E2E) Content ecosystem integrating DAM and MLR platforms, supported by POCs (Briefing, Workflow, Reg Checker), publication platform integration, and KPI measurement capabilities.

The program combines:

• Greenfield E2E design

• Integration with selected DAM & MLR platforms (not yet live)

• POC execution

• Future implementation phase

It is primarily a technology implementation program requiring process adaptation, not a pure business transformation program.

The expected outcome remains:

• Reduced content cycle times

• Improved compliance and traceability

• Enhanced cross-functional collaboration

• Structured roadmap for broader rollout

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

Program Governance & Control

• Establish and maintain governance framework, charters, KPIs, and risk registers

• Ensure structured program control and reporting

• Provide fact-based, executive-level updates

• Maintain program tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence)

• Ensure adherence to defined project management framework

Delivery Ownership & Execution Drive

• Lead execution of E2E Content program

• Drive implementation of DAM & MLR integration

• Ensure delivery of E2E solution from Briefing to publishing

• Actively resolve blockers and escalate risks

• Ensure milestones and deliverables are met

(This role is not limited to coordination — it must drive delivery.)

Cross-Functional Orchestration

• Align Science, Marketing capabilities (CXA), and Digital stakeholders

• Facilitate steering committees and working groups

• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies

• Act as central orchestration point across >20 stakeholders

Vendor & Integration Oversight

• Ensure SOW alignment with program objectives

• Clarify provider roles and responsibilities

• Coordinate integration across technology components

Risk & Reporting

• Proactive risk, issue, and dependency management

• Structured reporting and KPI tracking

• Ensure transparency and accountability across workstreams

 

Experience Required

• 8+ years in program or project management

• Experience in technology implementation programs (beyond pure coordination)

• Experience managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders

• Experience in content management ecosystem, DAM, and MLR systems

• Experience driving execution in complex environments

• Understanding of regulated environments (pharma experience preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience with JIRA and Confluence (highly desirable)
