The Impact You'll Make

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of Infra & Ops projects that keep Ingenico's global technology estate secure, resilient, and running at scale.


• Act as the bridge between technical infrastructure teams and the central PMO, bringing transparent, standardised reporting to global leadership.


• Ensure infra & ops programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with global governance standards.


• Build trusted relationships with strategic third-party suppliers, shaping how they deliver for Ingenico.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Infra & Ops projects, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.


• Ensure projects follow governance, change management, and compliance frameworks.


• Coordinate with the Infra & Ops team and wider IT&S stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet requirements, overseeing implementation of servers, storage, networking, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.


• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across IT and business units, managing vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.


• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, while tracking budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and organisational standards throughout delivery.


• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and infrastructure operations, contributing to IT strategy, roadmaps, and technology lifecycle planning.

What Helps You Succeed

• 5+ years in IT project management or infrastructure roles, with proven success delivering medium-to-large IT infrastructure projects in enterprise or multi-site environments.


• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains: networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs), servers & storage (Windows/Linux, virtualization, SAN/NAS), cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), identity & access management, and cybersecurity fundamentals.


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, PRINCE2, PMP) and hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical issues to varied audiences and manage cross-functional technical teams.

LOCAL INSERTS

• Location: France, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Ingenico office.


• Reports to the Head of Infrastructure & Operations; leads engagement with 3rd party strategic suppliers.


• Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Azure/AWS are a plus.


• Comfortable with regular travel; fluency in written and spoken English required.
