Project Director - Luxembourg - Freelance

Context

This mission is for Jones Lang LaSalle in Luxembourg, focused on managing large-scale construction or renovation projects. The role involves overseeing projects from design conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives regarding design, sustainability, costs, quality, and deadlines.

Missions

• Manage large-scale projects from conception design to completion for construction or renovation of new or existing buildings, guaranteeing compliance with customer objectives in design, sustainability, costs, quality, and deadlines, while anticipating and managing project risks
• Draw up and support the commercial offer, manage the contractual relationship, lead project meetings, and support and advise the client in decision-making processes
• Maintain direct contact with project owners (general management), identifying and understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable project implementation
• Develop and monitor project management tools such as schedules, budgets, risk analysis, and administrative follow-up
• Select and manage all external contractors involved in the project, including Architect/Designer/BET/MOEX/Experts, General Contractor or Works Contractor/Change Manager
• Ensure all parties involved meet their contractual commitments
• Coordinate and lead the project team throughout the project, including all internal stakeholders of the customer

Tools & Environment

• Project management tools for scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, and administrative follow-up
• Coordination with external contractors such as architects, designers, experts, and contractors
• Use of MS Office suite
