Project Manager Client Tax Regulations (FATCA and CRS, DAC 6 and 871m) - Freelance

Within Global Operations’ Regulatory Certification team, the mission will support the integration by designing, preparing and implementing changes related to extraterritorial tax regulations, including FATCA/AEOI, DAC 6 and Section 871(m), while ensuring a smooth roll-out and transition to the target operating model.

Requested services

The responsibilities will be the following:

• Review, document and enhance processes related to FATCA/AEOI, DAC 6 and Section 871(m).

• Support the definition of the target operating model, including key prerequisites, constraints and operational impacts.

• Coordinate with business, operations, compliance and support teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Plan, monitor and report on project activities, including materials, communications, follow-up actions and progress tracking.

• Prepare and support change implementation through to final handover to BAU teams.
