You will play a key role in shaping and executing our Employee Benefits (EB) strategy. You will identify the needs of our customers, distribution partners, and employees regarding employee benefits, and translate these insights into digital developments and applications that support our EB strategy. You will drive the digitalization and innovation of our employee benefits offering, turning opportunities and challenges into concrete ideas and projects.
