As part of a strategic transformation and modernization program for an international SaaS platform, we are looking for a Project Planner to support Product and Engineering teams in the planning and coordination of cross-functional programs.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve program plans and schedules
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and project risks
• Produce project KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports
• Perform capacity planning and “what-if” scenario analyses
• Support managers with resource planning and staffing decisions
• Facilitate alignment between Product and Engineering teams
• Track backlog progress and identify potential blockers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and delivery processes

👤 Required Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO, Project Planning, or IT Project Management roles
• Previous experience in a software or SaaS environment is a plus
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Solid experience with planning, capacity management, and cross-functional coordination
• Comfortable producing reports and monitoring performance indicators
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset
• Professional-level English is mandatory
