Project Summary

We are seeking a Project & Product Manager to act as the central link between business stakeholders and IT development teams.

The role requires an end-to-end product mindset, strong Agile coordination capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. The position ensures structured delivery, system stability, and continuous improvement across platforms and processes.

Goals and deliverables

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.

• Coordinate Agile development cycles and participate in ceremonies.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Coordinate deployments across environments.

• Validate deliverables and ensure quality alignment.

• Manage incidents, analyze impact and escalate when required.

• Coordinate with IT infrastructure and technical teams.

• Manage medium and long-term projects end-to-end.

• Provide structured planning, tracking and reporting.

• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

 

Experience Required

• More than 4 years of experience as Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar roles in IT environments.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating Agile development teams.

• Experience using tracking tools such as JIRA.

• Experience managing IT projects end-to-end.

Strong plus:

• Knowledge of energy markets (not mandatory).

 

Education

• University degree in Engineering or similar technical background, and/or relevant IT sector experience.
