Project Summary

We have deployed Qualys Vulnerability Management and operate the platform on a daily basis, covering new deployments, configuration changes, defect troubleshooting, on-demand reporting and scans. The mission covers the configuration of Qualys agents, appliances, reports, scans and the overall platform, the monitoring of deployments (authentication and scan validation), the automation of troubleshooting through scripting, and the maintenance of the platform and the quality of the Vulnerability Management process and services. Collaboration with SMEs based in Spain and with the Platform Product Owner.

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

- Configure Qualys agents, appliances, reports, scans and the overall platform

- Monitor deployments, including authentication and scan validation

- Automate troubleshooting through scripting

- Maintain the platform and ensure the quality of the Vulnerability Management process and services

- Produce Qualys deployment and monitoring documentation post-deployment

- Deliver evidence of successful unit testing

- Resolve support cases as required

- Ensure delivery continuity with consistent weekly progress
