SAP Competency Center Manager

As part of the Group's digital transformation journey, and reporting to the IT Business Applications Leader, you will lead our IT competency Center in charge of the Back-office applications, with SAP as a Core solution. In our international environment, this Competency Center plays a key role in the group operational performance and standardization of the business processes (opening of new entities, deployments, evolutions of the Core Model, upgrade to S/4).
Your missions

• Define and implement the strategy for our transactional back-office tools, centered on SAP and including Kyriba, OpenText, Demand Management, e-Commerce and Transport Management,
• Ensure quality of service, stability, security, maintenance and evolution of the Core Model
• Manager, organize, develop the Competency Center team
• Define the target organization, roles and responsibilities and ways of working to create maximum value to the business
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the solutions together with external Application Maintenance services
• Build with the business the applications roadmap and prioritize the projects based on value creation, risks and capacity
• Pilot the key projects including upgrade to S/4 and deployments to new entities
• Ensure technological watch of the SAP eco-system (Fiori, BTP, integration)

• Minimum 10-years' experience in SAP delivery, support or Competency Center leadership including Team management
• Strong knowledge of SAP business processes and back-office applications.
• Experience managing international teams and external service providers.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain processes and good knowledge of Finance processes in the Industrial sector are mandatory
• Solid experience in handling international projects
• Proven ability to balance operational excellence and project delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
