SAP FI-AA Functional Lead & Change Management / Paris / Senior - Freelance

We are migrating our fixed assets management application (ADDENPARC) into Polaris, our S/4HANA ERP, before the current solution is decommissioned in December 2026. The project covers three French sites: Compiègne, Lisieux, and Neuilly. It runs in parallel with a Polaris upgrade from v21 to v23, with go-live targeted for November/December 2026. We are looking for a single full-time profile to lead the project end-to-end. This person is the anchor of the entire initiative: they manage governance, coordinate all workstreams, and dispatch tasks to specialized technical resources (ABAP, data migration, Fiori, integrations) brought in on demand. This is not a purely technical role. It requires a strong combination of SAP FI-AA functional expertise, project management, and change management capability.
