SAP FI-AA Project Manager - Pharmaceutical - Freelance

Context

We are migrating our fixed assets management application (ADDENPARC) into Polaris, our S/4HANA ERP, before the current solution is decommissioned in December 2026. The project covers three French sites: Compiègne, Lisieux, and Neuilly. It runs in parallel with a Polaris upgrade from v21 to v23, with go-live targeted for November/December 2026.

We are looking for a single full-time profile to lead the project end-to-end. This person is the anchor of the entire initiative: they manage governance, coordinate all workstreams, and dispatch tasks to specialized technical resources (ABAP, data migration, Fiori, integrations) brought in on demand. This is not a purely technical role. It requires a strong combination of SAP FI-AA functional expertise, project management, and change management capability.

Missions

• Oversee and manage the project from September 2026 through go-live and hypercare

• Act as the single coordination point between internal digital teams, business stakeholders, and on-demand technical specialists

• Manage project governance: milestone tracking, stakeholder reporting, and progress communication to leadership

• Dispatch and coordinate technical activities to specialist resources as needed (ABAP, data remediation, Fiori, interface decommissioning)

• Drive change management across the three French sites: facilitate business workshops with asset managers and support the transition from ADDENPARC to new ways of working in Polaris

• Manage dependencies with the Polaris v21 to v23 upgrade team, including transport sequencing and freeze window constraints

• Define and coordinate the parallel run strategy and cutover plan

• Coordinate data qualification, correction, and integration activities with business teams

• Deliver end-user training and go-live support to non-IT profiles across the sites

Skills & Expertise

• Dependency management with parallel technical programs (e.g., ERP upgrades, freeze windows)

• Pharmaceutical or CHC sector experience

• Change management in SAP projects

• Multi-site coordination

• Experience in ERP migration, carve-out, or TSA exit projects

• Project management in SAP transformation projects

• SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting) functional expertise

• S/4HANA experience
