Kajenthi @ RED Global – Recherche Consultant SAP FI Fonctionnel (ECC et/ou S/4HANA Public Cloud) – RUN / Support – Freelance
RED Global recherche un Consultant SAP FI Fonctionnel ayant une expérience sur SAP ECC et/ou SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud pour intervenir sur un projet de support applicatif (RUN) avec une forte composante gestion des incidents.
Missions
Assurer le support fonctionnel SAP FI (niveau 2/3).
Analyser, qualifier et résoudre les incidents fonctionnels.
Suivre les tickets et garantir le respect des SLA.
Collaborer avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour identifier les causes racines et mettre en œuvre des solutions pérennes.
Participer aux demandes d'évolution et aux améliorations continues.
Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et accompagner les mises en production.
Contribuer à la documentation et au partage des bonnes pratiques.
Profil recherché
Expérience confirmée en tant que Consultant SAP FI Fonctionnel.
Bonne maîtrise de SAP ECC et/ou SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Expérience sur des activités de RUN, Support Applicatif et Incident Management.
Bonne connaissance des processus Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, selon votre expérience).
Bon relationnel, autonomie et sens du service.
Français courant, anglais courant
