Scrum Master – ServiceNow IRM - Freelance

A major financial institution based in Luxembourg is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its Integrated Risk Management (IRM) team on the ServiceNow platform.

The mission

You will join a well-established Agile team and be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement within the IRM team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Organise and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Support backlog refinement sessions with the Product Owner, architect and developers

• Remove impediments and ensure a sustainable, predictable delivery pace

• Monitor Agile metrics (velocity, sprint goals, impediments log)

• Coordinate with other ServiceNow platform teams

• Promote Agile values and principles across the team
