Context
A senior AML analyst role within a financial services environment focused on Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, and Infrastructure industries. The position involves managing AML/KYC processes autonomously and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Missions
- Manage AML/KYC files independently, from simplified due diligence to enhanced due diligence.
- Perform AML/KYC analysis and risk assessments during Client-Investor Onboarding in accordance with company procedures, TA AML/KYC guidelines, specific KYC policy for investors, SLAs, and OP Memo.
- Ensure all processes (documentation collection, screening, risk assessment, approval process, etc.) are followed and completed according to applicable rules and procedures.
- Apply knowledge of regulations such as AML-CFT, AMLD6, FATCA, CRS, AIFMD, UBO identification, DAC6, etc.
- Communicate with clients and investors and support internal and external stakeholders involved in the AML KYC Onboarding and Review process.
- Maintain accurate records of all AML KYC related requests from receipt to execution, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit High Risk assessments for Compliance approval and facilitate coordination and approval processes.
- Collaborate closely and continuously with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Resolve issues related to daily activities.
- Escalate timely and propose actions to Management to address identified risks and blocking issues during the KYC process.
- Deliver high-quality KYC files in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.
- Contribute to side projects related to AML KYC aspects.
- Serve as a key point of contact for questions or issues raised during the KYC process.
