About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join a major platform renewal initiative. This is an opportunity to:

• Modernize legacy systems at scale
• Design and optimize distributed architectures
• Build high-performance APIs used by a global user base

Tech Stack

• Core: Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Databases: Oracle, MongoDB
• Messaging: Kafka
• DevOps/Infrastructure: Linux, Jenkins, Ansible
• Monitoring: ELK Stack, Grafana, Zipkin
• Tools: Swagger, Bitbucket, JIRA, IntelliJ

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience with Java & Spring
• Deep expertise in RDBMS (Oracle/SQL) and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Strong API design and performance tuning skills
• Proficiency in English for collaboration in an international team
• Passion for scalability, observability, and continuous improvement
