We are building new, greenfield applications for Cash Account Management and Interest Calculation within an international banking environment.

The applications are designed around a modern microservices and event-driven architecture, with strong requirements for performance, resilience and 24/7 global availability.

The technology stack includes Java, Kafka, PostgreSQL / Oracle and Angular.

A key characteristic of the programme is the extensive use of AI and agentic development tools throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements and specifications to development and testing.

Objectives

The delivery of business and data integration analysis combining Business Analysis capabilities with data integration and data migration expertise to support the early stages of the applications.

Key Responsibilities

The close collaboration with business and IT teams for the understanding of business requirements and processes.

The analysis of the underlying data lifecycle.

The translation of requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.

The focus on interfaces and data migration, including data analysis and mapping, interface contracts, transformation rules, data quality, and migration/reconciliation requirements.

The understanding of the business meaning and lifecycle of the data (creation, update, and consumption across business processes).

The assurance that interfaces and migration solutions correctly support these processes.

The contribution to the analysis and specification of backend business processes and business rules.
